Orders are generally delivered within 3–5 business days within Dubai, UAE. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Once processing begins, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item remains unused, in its original condition, and includes its original packaging. Refunds are subject to inspection and approval. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.
